Reindeer Peanut Butter Cups

 


Ingredients

Makes 6 chunky cups (makes 12 smaller cups)
250g dark or milk chocolate (the better quality the better!)
2 tsp coconut oil
2 jars Freda’s Peanut Butter Fruit & Spice

To decorate:
3 tbsp melted chocolate or icing
Edible Eyes
Pretzels
Red sweets or dried cranberries 

Process

  1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour 1/2 of the mixture into silicone moulds (or small candy cases), ensuring you bring the mixture up the sides to cover.
  2. Allow to set, then spoon over peanut butter. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate (apply a bit more heat if needed), then set in the fridge.
  3. Once set, remove from their cases. Apply a touch of the melted chocolate or icing to the back of the eyes, noses and pretzel antlers, then use them to decorate the cups. Let set, then enjoy!
