Reindeer Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
Makes 6 chunky cups (makes 12 smaller cups)
250g dark or milk chocolate (the better quality the better!)
2 tsp coconut oil
2 jars Freda’s Peanut Butter Fruit & Spice
To decorate:
3 tbsp melted chocolate or icing
Edible Eyes
Pretzels
Red sweets or dried cranberries
Process
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour 1/2 of the mixture into silicone moulds (or small candy cases), ensuring you bring the mixture up the sides to cover.
- Allow to set, then spoon over peanut butter. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate (apply a bit more heat if needed), then set in the fridge.
- Once set, remove from their cases. Apply a touch of the melted chocolate or icing to the back of the eyes, noses and pretzel antlers, then use them to decorate the cups. Let set, then enjoy!
