Refund policy

You can return your product to us for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. Please include a note with your name and address so that we can identify you.

On returning your order please obtain a “proof of postage” receipt as this will be required in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. You are responsible for the return postage cost. Alternatively, we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label for you to print at home.

When we receive your returned parcel we will refund to you the original price of the goods within 14 days to the original method of payment (provided it’s condition is as stated above).
