Not only do we add fresh lemon peel and lemon oil to our Lemon and Thyme Sea Salt, but also a hint of garlic, onion and parsley, giving a truly authentic flavour experience of one of the most popular diets in the world.

Pinch Tips

• Lemons are a natural partner to chicken, especially roast chicken (add a whole lemon to the carcass for added zestiness) or use as a crust with breadcrumbs and parmesan on chicken breast
• Bring salads alive and use to top freshly sliced beef tomatoes, slices of mozzarella and basil
• Sprinkle onto new potatoes with lashings of butter
• Use en papillotte with fish or seafood Great in a vegetable ragu for zesty flavour
• Gently cook pork in milk and add lemon and thyme salt
• Sprinkle onto lemon drizzle cake to balance the sugar
• Pinch into simple pasta dishes such as spaghetti all’olio e aglio for extra zing
