Cornish Sea Salt - Really Garlicky Sea Salt - 55g

Product Information

Two simple ingredients and nothing else. This Garlic Sea Salt is a special blend of sea salt and roasted garlic. The only thing we add is depth of flavour and a mellow sweetness by slow-roasting our garlic bulbs. The only thing we take away is the extra work of peeling and chopping. Really Garlicky can substitute fresh garlic in any recipe, and a pinch and a scrunch is all it takes to get the same great flavour.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic.

Pinch Tips

• Pinch onto pasta dishes, especially with a creamy or tomato base for extra punch
• Scrunch onto steak for a tasty crunchy finale
• Top salads or soups for more flavour
• Ideal with roasted vegetables such as butternut squash, sweet potato or just good old roast potatoes
• Sprinkle into melted butter to use as a sauce for veg, meat or fish
• Give an extra tang to cheese sauce
• Adds punch to dips or makes a great simple garlic mayonnaise (ideal for dipping chips into!)
